Teaching muscle memory with good form is crucial. It decreases the risk of injury in both working out and everyday activities. 

Our Personal Training sessions are interchangeable with Pilates Privates sessions so you can get the best of both.

Good Technique

Good technique can be summed up as proper timing and sequencing of movement patterns so the body moves efficiently. 

Whether you're doing TRX suspension, using weights, tubes, the Bosu, bands etc., we have it all to get you feeling and looking great!

Good Results

Good results are what you need to feel healthy, feel good about yourself and be the best version of yourself.

Fit-Niche is our small group Personal Training class and no class is ever the same. Keep your body at peak performance. 

Our 10 Point Promise

We don't consider ourselves Pilates Instructors, as we are so much more than that. We are Pilates Movement Educators, and our health model is geared differently than other Studios. In our endeavors with Equipment based Pilates, Mat Pilates,  Pre and Post rehabilitation through movement changes, Assisted Stretch, Percussive massage, cupping and Red light therapy, this is us along with so much more. 

  1. We do not train to lose weight or build a big booty and a pumped up chest.

  2. We help train you to take responsibility for your movement outside the studio in the real world.

  3. We help to train you to play with your kids/grand-kids, get up and down from the floor.

  4. We help train you to pick up your loads of groceries, unload them and put them away safely.

  5. We help train you to walk or (run) up and down the stairs (By Yourself).

  6. We train you to be able to sit and stand (Without someone helping you).

  7. We train for GOOD POSTURE which means reducing injuries through proper movement. 

  8. We train you to walk without assistance or (run, swim, hike, ride a bike, play tennis, golf and so much more as you get older. *Yes you will get older!

  9. We train you to breath and move with intention which can greatly reduce anxiety.

  10. We train you to be as independent for as long as possible.

Balance

Life can throw curve balls at any given moment. Simply stepping of a curb wrong could result in a serious life altering fall. You will constantly be working on your balance here at our studio.

Coordination

We don't really think about how to take each step as we walk, right? This is because we spent hundreds of hours perfecting walking as a baby. You will continue to perfect movement patterns to achieve how to put movements together to make and keep you strong and healthy.

Movement

We rarely go throughout the our day examining every little move we make. As we get older we can lose the ability to lie, sit, stand and move correctly. You can get your life back and go back to do the things you love and even take on new physical challenges.

Strength

Strength as we define it is not to pull a bus down the street or do clean and jerks with hundreds of pounds. Our goal is not to turn you into a body builder,(although we have the experience to do that). If your not able to hold your on body weight and do functional activities at the very least, we can help you.

Lisa Tanguma is proud to be a Native American/Latino and Anglo woman who has one of the top Pilates STUDIOS in the Denver Area. We are NOT a chain of studios but simply one studio helping clients change their lives. 

 

She is the founder and owner of Precision Pilates Plus since 2017.

In all my 25+ years as a Fitness Educator I observed so many things in this industry both good but also what could be improved. With that said, my goal was to have my own

amazing Pilates studio and fill it with the best of the best, not just instructors, but Movement Educators. My dream came to fruition in 2017.  Slowly but surely, Denver's finest qualified women have come to see their clients in an environment that promotes movement through healing using whatever tools necessary to help clients. These women are associates and run their own business inside of a business through Precision Pilates Plus. It allows each of us to help our clients achieve goals without being restricted by a company or cooperation. All of the clients here see physical, measurable gains.

 

Collectively, there is over 125 years of experience at the studio.

Lisa has over 2 1/2 decades of experience in both Personal training and Pilates. She loves doing rescue for animals and currently has 3 dogs and 1 cat. 

Camille is also certified in both Personal training and Pilates. She and her husband have their hands full with the pride and joy of their lives, their children.

Laurie has nearly a quarter of a century experience in Pilates and management. Laurie enjoys walking, biking and pickleball!

MaryPat has 30+ years of experience as a movement educator in Pilates. Family night is at the top of the enjoyent list. Checkers and Family Feud home edition are her favorites. 

China is our Pilates Instructor in the making. She is our student Pilates educator who specializes in the CoreAlign. China has some serious skateboarding skills!

Rachel has her degree in Physical Therapy and specializes in assisted stretching and percussive massage. 

Robin has more than 20 years experience in teaching Yoga. She has a love for pets and currently has a dog she has rescued. 

We offer a plethora of modalities to give our clients exactly what they need. Whether it's pain management, Pre or Post Natal work, Pilates pre & post joint replacement, gentle Yoga, myofascial work, personalized stretching, percussive massage, balance work,  sport specific training for Golf, Skiing, Tennis, Basketball and more we have the knowledge to get you the results you not only want but DESERVE!
